One-To-One / Small Group Classes
Private yoga classes are an excellent way of receiving a personalised teaching approach tailored to your individual needs. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to further your yoga practice, Caroline will develop weekly sessions for you that will enable you to work towards specific targets and go deeper into your practice.

£60 / 75 minute session (up to 2 students)
£10 for each additional student.
An additional 10 minute consultation at the start of the first session to ascertain your expectations and goals.
Personalised sequences designed to meet your individual requirements.
Explicit alignment instructions and adjustments in the poses.
Props to support you in the poses (where needed).
*Payment by bank transfer 24hrs before a session.
*Cancellations may be made with no charge provided that 24hrs notice is given.
