Caroline's Yoga Classes Are Now Online!

Sunday 10-11am

All Levels Hatha Yoga 

- This energising morning session gently creates heat, stretches the entire body and builds strength, setting you up for the day ahead.

Wednesdays 7-8pm

All Levels Hatha Yoga

- In this gentle evening session we move mindfully with the breath, gently toning and stretching the whole body and always giving plenty of time for a blissful relaxation at the end.

How to connect using Zoom

  1. You will receive a Zoom invitation (via Outlook) before the start time of your class.

  2. Please click on the link and it will direct you to Zoom. You will need to download Zoom (you will be prompted to do so - no membership required)

  3. If you are using an iPhone or iPad you may need to download the 'App Zoom Cloud Meetings'

  4. Please ensure your camera and sound is on and your device is fully charged.

  5. You should then be able to see me and hear me! (Please note we will all be able to see each other but I will mute your sound)

  6. Before we begin I will check mat positioning so I can clearly see you and so that you can see and hear me.

  7. Please kindly ask those you live with not to disturb you!


What you need:

  • A laptop, iPhone or iPad with a functioning camera and sound

  • A yoga mat

  • A blanket (to put under the knees and for Savasana)

  • Cushions or books for blocks

  • A long scarf for a belt.

Who are the classes for?

Classes are for all ages and abilities. Modifications and variations are provided to both support and challenge.

Terms and Conditions:
Classes are non refundable but transferable up to an hour before the class. Should technical difficulties occur, the class will be transferred to another time.
