Grange Park Methodist Church

In each session we will focus on asana (poses), pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to bring a sense of calm and balance to both mind and body. Classes follow a predominantly traditional style of yoga where poses are held for a few breaths; I also incorporate Yin Yoga, Slow Flow and Yoga Nidra into my classes. Each week, we will focus on a specific pose or theme; lessons will include poses that stretch and strengthen target muscles whilst maintaining correct alignment. Each session will conclude with a wonderfully restorative relaxation.


Class Information

  • £12 / session (£8 online)

  • Please bring a mat (and a blanket if you would prefer to use your own)

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before class time.

  • Blocks and belts will be provided but feel free to bring your own props if you have them.

  • Hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes will be provided.

  • So that everyone feels comfortable, class numbers will be limited to 10 people so that everyone has plenty of space.

  • Advance booking only due to class numbers being limited.

  • Class bookings are non refundable and non transferable.
